The grain gets larger and dark in colour. The taste is more distinct without the "swampy" taste of inferior grades. Our rice is sourced in the far north of Manitoba. It is graded Jumbo Select which is the highest grade available. Remeber, the further North it grows the better it tastes. Hand harvested by the Ojibwe and Cree First Nations people. 16oz bag
